On Call Plumbing Solutions, Horsley: Leak Detection and Blocked Drain Specialists
20 Oct 2026
On Call Plumbing Solutions is a plumbing business based at 50 Cachia Boulevard, Horsley, specialising in expert leak detection and blocked drains.
For anyone living in Horsley or the surrounding Dapto and West Dapto area, there's something reassuring about a plumber who is genuinely local. The business describes itself simply as a local plumber from Horsley, and that matters more than it might sound. A plumber who knows the streets, the housing stock and the way the land sits around here doesn't need directions, and isn't travelling from the other side of the region when something goes wrong.
The two areas On Call Plumbing Solutions focuses on — leak detection and blocked drains — are the ones that tend to cause homeowners the most grief. Leaks are frustrating precisely because they're often hidden. A water bill that creeps up for no obvious reason, a damp patch on a wall, a section of lawn that stays green through a dry spell, or the faint sound of running water when every tap in the house is off. By the time a leak is visible, it has usually been going for a while. Having someone who specialises in finding leaks, rather than treating it as an afterthought, can save a lot of guesswork and a lot of unnecessary digging.
Blocked drains are the other classic household headache. They rarely happen at a convenient moment, and they tend to announce themselves in the least pleasant way possible — a slow-draining shower, a gurgling toilet, or water backing up in the laundry. It's the sort of job most people would rather hand straight to a professional, and it's worth knowing there's a specialist close by in Horsley.
For locals in Horsley itself, the appeal is obvious: the business is right here in the suburb, on Cachia Boulevard. For those a little further out across Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama, it's still worth noting a plumber whose stated focus is on the trickier diagnostic work of tracking down leaks, rather than general work alone.
If you've got a leak you can't find, or a drain that's stopped doing its job, it's worth making contact early rather than waiting to see whether it sorts itself out — these problems very rarely do.
