Bliss & Bean Cafe Lake Heights

Stumbled on Bliss & Bean in Lake Heights and we are so glad we did. Super warm, welcoming vibe in a renovated old post office. The staff were genuinely friendly, lovely and made us feel right at home. Coffee is top-notch — we both had cappuccino and it was with great coffee with an abundance of chocolate sprinkled on top. Food was fresh, well-priced, and came out fast. The chilli feta scrambled eggs on toast with pesto and cherry tomatoes was a standout. They also do egg benedict, burgers, bagels, toasties, waffles, and plenty of brekkie/lunch options. Dine-in or takeaway, and they’ve got a solid tea/smoothie/milkshake range too. Opens 6:30am weekdays, 7:30am Sat, 8am Sun. If you’re in the Illawarra, definitely check them out. We will be back.

I bet you're thinking, I wonder if this coffee shop is as good as the review say it is... Coffee is strong and smooth, the food is always fresh locally sourced and delicious. Please see the images that I have Included a few photos.

Love this café! I don’t drink tea or coffee, but their iced chocolates and hot chocolates are amazing. The customer service is always great, super friendly and always up for a chat. The atmosphere is nice and open, and it’s really easy to swing past on the way to work. The food always looks delicious too. Highly recommend!

To Sandy, Chelsea and Team. What a lovely new cafe in Lake Heights you have created. Looking up eggs benedict for breakfast (my neices choice) we stubbled upon you within a 20min walk from the house. With a lovely greating by Chelsea and staff set the tone for breakfast. Bacon and egg bagel, 2 eggs benny and raisen toast for poppy. Food went down well and such generous portion size for the price. Coffee was wonderful, poppy needed it lol. Great ambient music and cosy seating outside. We will be back again. I loved my juice and the kids enjoyed there milkshakes. Thanks for everything. Ps neice says the flower looks lovely.
