Cafe Diem

Lovely spot in the heart of the town! The food was good, and well priced. It was nothing special from a taste perspective, but I feel like they're going for consistency rather than flamboyance here so maybe that's intentional. Coffee was okay but tasted a little bitter / over-extracted. The latte art was very nice. The place itself was nice but the tables needed clearing far more regularly. We cleaned our own table to sit down and the birds were all over the other ones. Good spot, we'll be back again, just needs a few tweaks to get it perfect.

My absolute favourite Cafe, I have yet to taste a better GF banana bread. Highly suggest. My only complaint is I wish it was open on Tuesdays, and for longer than 2pm! But otherwise love love love

Had the Helensburger on gluten free which comes with fries and pink panther smoothie, highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for a feed, gluten free options on the burger menu is a bonus personally being coeliac as well

Consistently amazing coffee, the best int he 2508 area. They’re always spot on even with my annoying confusing order. Super friendly and quick service and the only cafe in Helensburgh with a vegan cake or cookie for my son who is dairy and egg free. My only problem is that it’s always really busy on Saturdays because it’s the best cafe in town and everyone is there having breakfast or brunch.

We had a great breakfast here. I had the French toast and a really good cappuccino.
