3 months agoA busy food court with some Asian cuisine. Mellow cafe with clean utilities off Princes Highway and HOYTS Cinemas as well. Necessary bank branches or hairdressers as well as alot of carparking

2 months agoI like this plaza as there is aldi, woolies and coles in one place as well as a salvos stores. There is also a bigw and food court restaurant and cinema in the plaza. And with a generous size under cover car park, I like to shop in warrawong plaza.

2 months agoThis was a deliberate insult to my dignity. He seemed to assume I was a poor student who couldn't even afford a decent phone, so he took advantage of my cheap, old one. Because he saw I came back alone, a teenager, he arrogantly refused to fulfill their legal obligations, taking advantage of my age, and sarcastically said, "We won't talk to you without an adult present." Looking back, I'm sure he had me in mind from the start. I was excited when buying the phone, even shaking my head repeatedly while setting up facial recognition. I believe he mistakenly assumed that my not recognizing a teenager equated to "mental disability," and that I was easily fooled and intimidated. When I realized I'd been tricked and started recording, this adult completely lost control. He roughly snatched the phone, and even colluded with the mall's cleaning staff to surround me, coerce me, and fabricate legal clauses to force a child to delete evidence. He even lied, claiming "mall rules strictly prohibit customers from recording." Using fabricated mall rules to intimidate a minor is disgusting. I have video evidence documenting their misconduct. This is a serious case of unethical business conduct and consumer discrimination. If this matter is not resolved properly and promptly, I will take all the evidence directly to the police station and report their illegal coercion and intimidation. I will also escalate this case.

5 months agoAlways enjoy going to Warrawong Plaza. The company that bought it from Westfield have done a brilliant job rejeuvinating what had become an aged and lifeless shopping precinct. They always go out of their way dressing it up for every festive season such as Easter, Christmas and Anzac day. Christmas especially is just so beautifully decorated.

5 months agoThis place is quickly going downhill. The roof is starting to leak everywhere. Even it the times of light drizzle there are buckets everywhere and areas fenced off. The undeground parking is filthy, with uncleaned dirt from the flood of couple of months ago which left it muddy. The customers have to walk a layer of dirt. In many places the parking has been fenced-off for a long, long time, thus the number of available parking spaces for customers significantly reduced. Management, get your house in order. CLEAN the dirty underground parking.
