Monique Field Property

From our very first meeting with Monique we knew that we had found the right agent to assist us with the sale of our home. Being very tuned into a shifting market, she was always available to discuss any concerns we had and advise us on the best strategy to achieve the best outcome. With her easy manner and great communication, Monique made what is usually a highly stressful process feel completely seamless and straightforward. We couldn't be happier with how fast and smooth the entire process was. Not only is she professional and highly knowledgeable, she is a genuinely lovely person and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thanks Monique and Phoenix for doing such a spectacular job ☺️

We want to extend a huge thank you to Monique, her associate Pheonix and all of her team for assisting with our recent property sale. Monique’s professionalism, work ethic and communication is amazing. I have also been impressed by not only her dedication to us as the vendors, but her constant support to our purchasers throughout the process, a level of service that I’ve never before witnessed during the many times that I’ve bought and sold property over the years. We could not recommend Monique Field Property more highly.

Quite approachable . My expierience with Monique Field and Phoneix Smith had been truly amazing. We are lucky to purchase our land block through them. Their knowledge of the Calderwood was spot on, and they kept us updated every step of the way. Most important thing is they are quite approachable. A special thanks to the team and especially our vendor who were happy to extend our settlement period. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommened Monique Field property any day.

True Professional. Communication was face to face for two meetings, the first was an informal get to know one and other, the second was in her office and was a relaxed meeting on strategy. Monique introduced me to her business partner, Pheonix. Together I was treated with respect and got some great advice. Because of distance our communication method needed to change, this was handled through an app. It worked fabulously, not a problem, even for me. Their Market knowledge was spot on, I could not be happier. Both Monique and Pheonix are totally Professional and I do thoroughly recommend them.

Instant connection . From the moment we met Monique we instantly were taken with her bright, sparkly personality! Monique has a great knowledge of the area, she also lives there, and made us feel confident in our purchase! She gave us tools to make the whole experience seamless, she's a gem!
