Jayden and the team know the Kiama/coastal market well and helped sell our townhouse quickly and efficiently when we settled earlier this year. Jayden was excellent, professional, communicated clearly, and was patient and available. He handled negotiations smoothly and kept things moving without any drama. He made the process easier for us during a stressful time and while we were busy in Sydney. Would recommend Jayden and the team and was very thankful for Jayden's support and professionalism.

Vanessa, who is my property manager for a number of properties and Matt who also manmages one of the properies are highly recommended. Michele Lay, owner and licensee is hands on and will contact me directly if required. Once again, top notch service delivery. I must state the unsavoury review by Julie Brown, as no where near the truth of what transpired. She left the proeprty without paying rent and also damage caused, which resulted in action at NCAT, which we were successful. It is unfortunate that we cannot write a review on how bad a tenant Julie was.
