Express Tools

I purchased a mini lathe from Jeff and couldn’t be happier with the service. I asked him to order in a specific model, and he had it in stock by the very next business day. He contacted me promptly to let me know it had arrived and made the whole process easy and efficient. Express Tools is everything the big-name tool stores aim to be but consistently fall short of — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on customer service. Jeff even carried the lathe to my car! good old-fashioned service you just don’t see anymore. A real pleasure to deal with and will be utilising Express Tools for future requirements.

Delayed in releasing items for shipping. Took more than 2 weeks before they havr given me a tracking number. Hopefully the tools wont be as bad as their service

The hand held vacuum I ordered is different from the one I received They advertise it as having high suction power where as the one I received was a different model and the power is poor to say the least. Tools Express response was to point out that the vacuum is that sucks up small items and dust in hard to reach places. I bought this product because I was lead to believe that the suction power was incredibly strong for its size. This is not the case. Just a cheap plastic product sent from China and I was duped into paying $99.00 for it. Steer clear of these people.

Express Tools is a game-changer! No other tool shop in the area matches their massive range of stocked items. Their pricing is highly competitive, and their selection is unbeatable!"

I've been dealing with Express Tools now for over 6 years. Jeffrey introduced me to Dormer cutters and drill bits and also to Metabo, and I haven't look back ever since. If you want quality gear that's going to last a long time, Express Tools is the place to go. Jeff always does everything he can to look after his customers and exhausts all avenues trying to locate anything you're after when it comes to tools and consumables. Express Tools is great little family business that does all it can to best serve It's customers. You'll always have the support of my company.
