The Hardware Man

My favourite hardware store. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and quality products at competitive prices. Easy to find items you need and staff are always nearby if you need product advice. They also have a very rewarding loyalty program.

There has always been a general gloom about some of the staff and if you need help they don't seem very approachable at all. I have always shopped here because I only live up the road and I support local business, but they need to understand that people will just go somewhere else, especially with Bunnings now at Kembla Grange. Cheer up.

The local go-to hardware store for us. Can be a bit of a rabbit warren but there is always someone to show you where stuff is. Prices are good, stock levels aren't always that high but they get in if you need it. Lock and key service is brilliant.

The ladies in the paint department are amazing!! Called and order a speciality paint product specifically so I could finish off a project. No one else local stocked it or could help me. They jumped on and got it in for me within a week!! So lovely and helpful.

My hubs had purchased the wrong item, so I took it back and the lovely lady at the paint desk was soo helpful in trying to locate the correct item, even made sure my account was correctly amended. The staff here are very attentive and helpful. No i don't know them personally.
